Message	up that plate to fit right and tight? RTV would probably be away to get it sealed well enough for this test? Two questions: Is this a problem that needs the engine to be fully warmed-up to be detected? That is, is heat/expansion needed to cause this leaking? How hard will it be to detect a block leak vs. something being caused by the test rigging? How will you really know for sure? My 2 cents ....
